Relay Team Basics
The Rules
24 Hour Relay Teams may have from 2 to 12 Members. 6 Race Shirts are provided with Team Registration.
48 Hour Relay Teams may have from 4 to 16 Members. 8 Race Shirts are provided with Team Registration.
Team members my run on any schedule they wish. Members may run as much or as little as they wish.
Runners must transfer both the Race Bib and HuTag at all runners exchanges.
All runner exchanges must take place at the timing arch.
There is no set schedule for relay changes.
Each Team Member must sign a Southeastern Trail Runs Liability Release before running your first segment as a team member.
You will have until October 14th to finalize your team members.
The Cost
The price is based on the number of team members. The price per runner includes a race shirt.
The cost to set up a 24 hour team with 6 members is $300 ($50.00 Per Member) Addition team members, up to 12 will be $35.00 each.
The cost to set up a 48 Hour team with 8 members is $400.00 ($50 Per Member) Addition team members, up to 16 will be $35.00 each.
Set up your team and fill the roster. You may add additional runners (up to the limit) until October 13th. We must have a list of all relay team members by October 14th and receive the payment for the additional runners added above the base number. (6 members for the 24 Hour Relay, 8 for the 48 Hour.) The shirt cutoff date is October 9th. Please have your team setup by that date so everyone gets a race shirt.
