Personal Aid Stations “PAS” and Rental Tents

Personal aid stations (PAS) may be placed anywhere in the light green area marked on the map below. If you arrive early for the 72 Hour on Thursday, you may be able to get one of the front row parking places along the fence, you can use your car as a PAS. Popups and tents, or both, are welcome. Due to limited space if you have a tent and popup, place one in front along the course and one behind. (Do not place them side by side along the race route.) Also, please put your PAS close to the one next to you. Space near the parking lot is very limited. Before you drive stakes in the ground, please contact me. There are electrical cables buried between light standards and are close to the surface.
There are several pavilions along the Endless Mile route. The pavilions my be reserved through the Alabaster Parks and Recreation Dept. Please do not use a pavilion unless you have have first rented the pavilion.
10 X 10 Pop-up Tent available for Rent - With small table and folding chair
We also have 10, 10X10 pop-up tents available. The pop-ups can be rented along with a dome tent or separately. The pop-ups come with a small folding table and one folding chair. The pop-ups rent for $40 for the weekend, including 1 table and 1 chair. We can provide a second chair if you let us know in advance. We will set up the pop-ups in advance. If you prefer, you may set up your pop-up yourself wherever you choose. Let us know and we will not set it up. The pop-up tents do not was side walls.
Rent a Tent for Endless Mile Weekend
We have eight, 8 X 8 Large Dome Tents (4 person tents that will be comfortable for two people.) and 4 Small 7 X 6 Dome Tents (3 person tents that will be comfortable for ONE person) They rent for $30 for the large tents & $20 for the small tent for the entire weekend. The tents will be setup Wednesday afternoon, across the running path and just west of the aid station. They will be set up along the rail fence by the parking lot unless you let us know that you prefer to set it up yourself. If you would wish to set up the tent elsewhere, please let us know in advance. You can set it up wherever you like. See the image below.
The tents can be rented through Ultrasignup. You can go directly to Ultrasignup and reserve a tent using the “Store” Icon under the Banner at the top of the page. You will also have the option to reserve a tent during checkout when you register for the race. All tents are first-come-first-serve. We cannot control inventory so we will try to cut the rental of each size as they sell out. If we miss and don’t have a tent for you, we will refund your rental fee along with Ultrasignup fees and taxes.
